Primoreels® are untouched by human hands, as opposed to die-cut lids that are fed into the filling machines manually. No risk of cross-contamination and higher food safety.

Together with Claranor, Primoreels is now able to retrofit the lid station with an efficient, innovative, and economical solution. The lid-seals will be sterilized with Claranors´ “Pulsed Light” on the food contact side prior to placement on the cups.

All put together, this solution offers producers significant savings coming from higher productivity, reduced material cost and volume, reduced Pulsed light capex and opex.
